I have just started doing farmer carry in my routine, I currently do 14kg for 3 sets of 1 minute (doing 16kg next btw!)
So I’m on my last set and I’ve got like 30 seconds left. My grip is gassing out and it reminded me of when I was sparring, so I was holding onto the dumbbell for dear life. My forearms are aching, fingers slipping, and while my incel ass is struggling with the weight I almost fucking cried.
Brutally over for me. But I did manage to finish the set, as I’m walking home rn, I’m thinking of eating some yoghurt for protein
