I was 142 cm(4'8") at 12 and at 14 i was 176cm(5'9"), now im 183 cm barefoot (6'0") at 18 and 5 months, my parents were 6'4" and 5'7". Is It unlikely that i will grow another inch? Im already able to grow a beard if i wont shave i think, if this helps.

I'm the opposite and never had a significant growth spurt, just like 1 inch maybe 2 max a year since I was started puberty. I've still grown in the last year at 20, do you think I could keep growing a few inches? I've heard of guys who had growth spurts at like 22

you have definetly ruined your growth with malnutrition, bad sleep or overtraining cause how is it possible that you were 142cm at 12 with 193cm dad

it's really unlikely at your age, but looking at your parents' height you should grow more. I'd go to an endocrinologist and do some x-rays and blood tests, you should be taller tbh. If they see something wrong they'll prescribe you hgh if you're lucky. Don't sweat it though ur height is already good
