(I was actually measured at >20% bf at the time but because I had zero muscle mass everyone was telling me I look anorexic)
I gained like 15kg again since then. My family and friends say I look """healthier""" but there is just something about looking at your lean face in the mirror that makes me want to stop eating completely again
