I AM 13 AND I WNAT TO PACK ON SERIOUS MUSCLE MASS. I HAVE GONE THROUGH A GROWTH SPURT RECENTLY AND I HAVE REACHED THE HEIGHT OF 5 8 FROM 5 3 last august. WHAT SHOULD I EAT IN A DAY? AND WHAT EXCERCISES SHOULD I INCLUDE IN MY WORKOUT

i eat alot of protein. and i lift. and sleep 10+ hours. play running and jumping sports but i have osgood chlatters. any other natty things i could do?

Ignore the retards recommending you to hop on. From a very muscular guy, do basic calisthenics like pushups n sit-ups, maybe a pullup-bar for your door from amazon until you're old enough to drive to the gym. If your school has a gym too, use that. Eat what your mom cooks, nudge her to higher protein meals and take creatine monohydrate which isn't expensive at all. Look up Jeff Nippard on youtube, I normally dislike "science-based lifter" but he is one of the few that gives good advice.

I can't give you advice on many specific workouts, or how long because everyones recovery and genetics are different but build an idea over time based off of how you feel if that makes sense. Good luck and if you start now, you'll have 3 more years lifting at my age since I started at 16. You're asking the right questions at your age.

I started at 14 and packed on a lot of muscle at basically the same height. For dieting, I ate 200 grams of Greek yogurt and a glass of milk. Breakfast was 200ish grams of chicken and half a cup of rice. Then for dinner, it was 170 grams of ground beef and half a cup of rice. At least for bulking, that's what you're gonna want to eat. Also, try to stay away from super unhealthy foods. For a workout plan, try to start going to a gym or get at least some dumbbells and a bench at home. The best split to start with is push-pull-legs, so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Chest: incline bench/pec deck, triceps: triceps extensions and overhead extensions. For pull, do back: rows, pulldowns, lat pullovers. Legs: leg extensions, hamstring curls, ab adductors, and hack squat. That's basically everything you need to know to start. Also, don't hop on steroids right away.
