I am 16 should i do calistanics and build mucles for height growth or be skinny and do cardio??

Whatever you want doesnt matter calisthenics might be a lil better tho since stretching and shit i would do both if i were you
 
Do that shits for increase metabolism not for losing weight eat 2.5 3k calories u will be fine
