And now I am to the point where the exercise to lose the wait is too taxing (downward spiral)

This time last year I was just a little overwait and ran 6 miles in under an hour

Now I can only run 1 mile and it took me 13 minutes

You're also not a very good speller.

All kidding aside, try intermittent fasting with low carb cycling, if you do that you should see the fat come off relatively easy

Diet and calorie restriction and some exercise. Going to take a couple of months of hard work to lose that probably. I am down to 7 pounds to lose so just keep your spirits up.
