I am 5'7 and I hate my life how do I grow taller I want to be taller so badly please help me I'm 16 and my parents are 5'6 and 5'0 please I want to at least be 5'10 help me please please i cry myself to bed everyday and get bullied at school please help I just want some help.

Try and get an x-ray of your growth plates, from there you can see how much more you are likely to grow. The most important thing for development is sleep, nutrition and exercise, it sounds like cope but just do it and ldar when you are 21. If you're really serious you can try get your hands on hormones or other pharmaceuticals, an aromatase inhibitor would be very useful if your growth plates are still open
