I am extremely unnattractive at 22 years old. I'm 5' 6, 130lbs and average in the face. I consider myself an incel because my looks have literally negatively determined most aspects of my life. Hard to befriend chads, kinda of weak social life, and looks even affect my credibility at work and interviews.

I do have a girlfriend. I've had sex in the past with another girl, and do quite rarely get hit on by other women (i've had a few opportunities to cheat but mostly weirdo girls tbh). Still in my view I'm an incel because being an ugly manlet has a huge impact on my quality of life. I mean it's friday night and I'm making this post, that speaks for itself.
