Start Tracking your calories with MyFitnessPal and then calculate the Amount of calories you Need to lose weight.

You should aim for 1% bodyweight los per week. Start going to the gym and do 1 Hour of cardio everyday Like Riding the bike.

If you Drink Sweet Drinks you should Switch to Zero calorie ones Like Coke Zero. Also there Are many Snacks you can buy that have very Little calories which Are made for going on a diet

Literally bro just eat whole foods. They are normally less calorie-dense and actually contain nutrients that you need. Also go on a walk after eating meals, helps a lot with digestions. I would also suggest cardio after gym sesh.
