In total, this trip it is set to cost me £3000 (Important: pound). The package is $2600 (Important: dollar) which includes surgery and stay but there are other costs such as flight, food, visa etc that build up the final value.

Rhinoplasty in Iran is around $500-$600 with the best surgeon but obviously as a foreigner you’ll get charged heavily. Was initially quoted $3800 for package.
