It’s in combination with Invisalign but what you’re saying makes no sense. If you have narrow pallet you should be able to get a MARPE. Also, when you go to ortho or whoever you have to make sure they know you have “tongue overflow” because that’s a functional issue that has to be fixed. That’s why I’m getting it
