I am genuinely becoming almost addicted to bone smashing

I’ve been at my grandparents house for 2 weeks since my mom and lil sis on vacation and I’ve been home alone most of the time just bone smashing every day and it feels so good but to good to where it’s hard to stop cause I always see the swelling in the area I smash and it makes me look halfway decent instead of just plain ugly and now I have a bruise on my cheek and my moms coming back soon but thankfully she doesn’t check up on me or talk to me that much.
