Op is not mixed with black but obv certain traits found undesirable can stack like status effects in Elden ring, only reason ppl like race mixing is because of african American + white mixes or AA + Asian mixes, with how masculine aa men are and how little dimorphism Asian women have that is a race mix preferrably sought from many people

Could be nutrition, climate, and certain conditions, or it could even be a gene that’s passed down(obviously), and honestly if they haven’t died out maybe their height is probably desirable for their ethnic group

I also doubt but maybe there was some sort of period where starvation was at an all time high due to lack of vegetation, or maybe whatever predators surrounding them ate all their competition, or a species died out and they couldn’t hunt(if they even do hunt I am unaware) something must’ve happened which they probably slowly adapted to in order not to succumb to death, it is typical for countries with taller people(with typically fairer skin) to be that way due to harsh winter climates and adapting into taller people so as to not die as quickly(maybe if I recall I am not entirely sure) if I do enough research and look into this I could probably write an entire essay on it
