Finally started to leanmaxx..
I'm on 0-carb right now.
I had 3 boiled eggs for dinner
and I'm having matcha green tea and almond milk instead of my normal black English tea and normal milk.

Snacking on almonds to keep the hunger away.

I might start gymcelling as well.. I live near a big fitness centre with gym, fitness suite and pool for only £40 a month.

Do you guys think i should become a gymcell?

I chose to go with gymcelling over dietcelling for this reason.
I have a big appetite and I love to eat. I also prefer lifting weights to doing cardio.
I literally had two slices of frozen pizza (380 calories) and 6 oz of instant ramen noodles last night (760 calories). My appetite is fierce.
I thought about buying those low-calorie frozen TV dinners. It's $5 for 3 of them. But this is far more expensive than my usual dinner of ramen, Jamaican Beef Patties or PB&J. I stocked up on like thirty five 3 oz packs of instant ramen when it was like 25c a pack (I have like 17 left now). But that's probably not the ideal meal to eat for weight loss. Haha.

There are some very filling satisfying low carb foods out there though.. I like boiled eggs and chili sauce, a big slice of cheese

I really have a hankering to try the Delissio Stuffed Crust frozen pizza that came out a few months ago. Haha. But yeah I really don't need all those carbs. And pizza is one of those things where I have to eat a lot of calories of it in order to feel satiated.
I can eat 1140 calories worth of instant ramen in one night. Which is a lot. I bet I'd be tempted to eat an entire frozen pizza (1500+ calories) if I bought one tonight.

can actually make keto pizza base with almond/coconut flour
You can't escape a few carbs in the tomato sauce.. but make your own with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic.. very low carbs there
Cheese is good.. no carbs there..
Add some meat.. no carbs
Some herbs.. no carbs

I reckon you could actually still lose weight on it and it would be very very low carb

I've not had a beer since 5 days ago i'm not an alchoholic but i am a binge drinker.. once i have one.. i will continue until night time and go to bed

I don’t get drunk that often myself but once I get drunk, I want more and more beer to stay drunk longer and feel more drunk.

Drinking this matcha green tea really helps.. I don't feel hungry anymore..

Had a tin of tuna in spring water for dinner yesterday and had some cheese as a snack later
 
FUCK.

Things were going so well buy i was weak this evening..
I made a tuna and mayo sandwich... it was wholemeal bread

I've only had 900s cals today but the carbs probably kicked me body out of keto mode
