it’s completely okay that you dont know how right now. the fact that youre even open to changing is already a good first step. since youre dealing with bipolar, dont pressure yourself to fix everything at once, it can be hard. maybe just start with one tiny thing a day, like new routine that will help you?

It’s best to start slowly get your body use to being outside and getting to know people, it seems hard coz it lowk will be but the moment you get use to it your chillin coz you’re meant to be active
