eat calorie dense foods and if that doesn’t work do a shake. in my shake i added 2 scoops of protein powder, olive oil, ice cream, peanut butter and iceI eat a big meal like this everyday + 300g peanuts+ other snacks and still 132lbs(60kg)View attachment 3865177View attachment 3865182
