I am posting here coz I can't sleep, please help with sleepmaxxing (without melatonin or any drug for now, would be the final measure)

I have been sleeping only 3hr/ day for past 1 week. Actually opposite of a bad routine, I had a disrupted sleep cycle before for 2 years and trying to fix it now but my body is resisting it. If I sleep at 10pm, I wake up by 1:30am. As Indian with recessed infraorbitals, I cannot afford to not sleep. It makes a world of a difference to undereye area (I look really fucked up now).

just get a girl to sleep with you:
1)sex makes you tired and eager to sleep
2)sleeping with a girl makes you relax better
3)seeing a girl/another human will make you feel like a human again which may help relaxation
 
I heard about this noise machine. It has a physical fan inside, so it is not digital, but actual natural sound from the spinning fan. It helps some fall asleep and because it is almost white noise (all frequencies humans can hear combined), it also silences noise in general
