I want to know what I could possibly do.
So here is my face.
And I want to actively looksmax for a year atleast.
I also want to go to orthopedist and talk to him about all this stuff, also in regardings of me wearing loose braces.

Also currently I look extra shit because I've gone from my Patrick Bateman Slick Back cut to a Skinhead-Buzzcut, and the backgrowing looks shit.

So, could you please provide me with tipps and methods that you think could help me and what they are ?

What defines as "quality food"? I try to eat "gods food" and don´t eat sweets, cut back sugar whenever I can. But lunch wise my mom cooks or I come back from school, hungry, trying to get something to eat as quick as possible. In the morning I usually eat five eggs and some bread that seems healthy, however bread can be healthy, and dinner wise is just improvisation.

I will do that. How often do I have to do cardio? My mother uses as much salt as she likes in her food, I can´t control it. I try to fast if it´s just stuff like fries and chicken nuggets or if they´re getting takeout, but I simply can´t do anything against her "normal, salted" food. To be honest the food isn´t necessarily healthy or whatever, but it keeps us alive I guess. Rest of my family is just fat and ugly, and if I´m suggesting change they tell me I´d have psychological problems and whatever lets them sleep at night.

Any product suggestions, those ice rollers, jaw gums or something like that?

You should get a skincare routine and then just chew food more. If you are gonna work out get kcl from bulk supplements to get the 3:1 ratio for potassium to sodium for optimal hydration along with creatine monohydrate. Would recommend sprinting and if you can tell your mom to use less salt that would be optimal. Just try to eat less carbs whenever possible

Yeah need cardio regularly and do sprints. I would also recommend getting a routine for the gym

The distance you took this image at caused quite a bit of lens distortion (atleast I believe) which isn't as accurate of an indicator of your facial ratios. I'm also not sure how old you are, let's assume you're teens and are 15-17.

I'll address immediate things that are resolvable and things I've noticed.

Your ears protrude a bit more than they should, it seems to me your left ear is further back than your right ear, you can get an otoplasty to solve this which is a very easy surgery - it's also not too expensive.

Your eyebrows are too high set, they should be lower set. Honestly, not sure how you can remedy this (maybe someone with a higher iq can tell me).

Your chin literally just about meets your glabella (the middle of your browride). I can't actually gague how well it does because of the fact that the side profile images you sent aren't clear enough. It seems to me your maxilla has grown fine but your jaw is lacking the forward growth to accomodate for it (obviously, I can't be too sure without seeing a more accurate side profile picture).

The best looksmaxxing advice I could give you is to workout strictly, get that otoplasty if it's possible, make sure your skin remains clear, train your neck so that its thicker and makes your head look more robust, and then look into anything else. Without atleast trying the basic fundamentals of looksmaxxing, you can't expect results.

i forgot the specific technical terms that users on this site use for it, but i remember it having somewhat to do with dark triad or some shit. visually, light eyes and fair skin contrasted against dense, dark hair looks good. first shordy that comes to mind is billie eillish, i cant remember any niggas atm.

as far as haircuts, im not your best reference as i am black, but you can definitely search for prettyboy guides on site and they have visual references. or you can browse tiktok and see not only what you like, but what the shordies is fuckin with so you can balance what you're satisfied with and actually getting attention from women. don't be afraid to experiment and/or nichemaxx if you are comfortable with that too, you're young and will have your hair for a long time (unless ofc the norwood reaper has you on his list :lul:).

If you’re young it’s never over, just relax and focus on maximising your hormones and puberty. When I was 14-15 I got zero girls in contrast to when I was 17 - solely because puberty changed me heavily.

Your UEE is fine, UEE is bad when it’s excessive, not by itself altogether.

Get a good diet, lock in on your life and improve other aspects of it whilst looksmaxxing.

I’m not a skin care autist so I don’t know an absurd amount, but my routine is:

Mornings:
Kiehl’s ultra facial cleanser
Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Caffeine Eye Cream
No7 Restore and Renew Moisturizer

Nights:
Same top two as mornings
Retinol 0.3-1% (you don’t need to take retinol as you’re still quite young)
Caffeine eye cream
No7 Protect and Perfect moisturizer

With skin care, your diet matters too. Certain foods impact your acne, you need to read into it.
After two weeks of this skin care my skin was considerably better (likely due to retinol, I just started using retinol in this routine for the first time in my life).

“niche TikTok” is retarded. Use what works, not what these guys say. I’ve been experimenting with skin care since I was young and that routine is what’s perfect for me.

I don’t know what you mean with your skin changed, it looks very similar to me. Puberty causes skin acne, it’s not news.

And honestly I don’t know about that stuff, I’m sure they have healing properties but as long as you eat good food daily, exercise and try to focus on becoming more social and comfortable around people (you mentioned you’re an “insecure pussy”), I think you’ll be fine.

When I was younger I had acne, I don’t know your age but you seem young and your skin isn’t that bad. IMO your face isn’t incel level lol, I think you need to focus on the other aspects. You hardly have any crazy facial problems.

Yeah I used to drink so much multivitamin-juice when I was little, that I looked like a carrot, my mother said. How would that be positive though?
