When I was 16-18 was the worst especially with covid. Now I’m on blackpill brainrot but it’s the same thing tbh. You know what some 4chan users can be like. The only advice is go to some productive discord servers make a new YouTube and other social media account and trick the algorithm with productive and easy to grasp hobbies so that it will be easy to overcome your addictions also interact irl like college or work
