Don’t bulk bro you’ll just get fat. Just maingain in a 100calorie surplus.only time you should bulk is when your dangerously underweight

Curries generally put on fat easily. I did a sort of dirty bulk last year. Just ate junk food, sat in front of a computer for 6 hours and went to the gym everyday. I gained muscle quickly yes but also gained a lot of fat. It's best for South Asians to do short cut/bulk cycles. That is what most Bollywood celebrities do

100 calorie surplus is bulking lmao, any calories over your tdee is considered bulking
While technically yes because you will gain weight that will be muscle not fat. Most of the times when people say bulking they mean a 500 cal surplus

What is a lean bulk going to do? It’s just calories but clean calories. Calories from French fries= calories from vegetables it’s the same thing.

You guys have an inherent predisposition for gaining a lot of visceral fat around your tummy and slow muscle growth, too. I admire every curry that enters the gym and tries to fight his genetics.

I think @Gaia262, a fellow indian, went as far as to get ab-sculpturing liposuction, because his tummy fat was so stubborn, even while cruising on a healthy TRT dose - he doesn't talk about the procedure too often though.
That is what most Bollywood celebrities do
I just assume all decently in shape Bollywood actors are on gear.

Yeah. Fat around stomach and love handles. Most Bollywood celebrities are in gear but I know nighas in my gym who are natty with decent physiques.. Just takes a lot of discipline. You can't randomly binge on junk food and go on 12-16 week bulks. Also need to keep carbs to the minimum because of disposition to water retention and eat lot of protein.

Ozempic but much stronger also fewer side effects but not approved by FDA so you can only buy it from underground labs

Tbh i agree with @Corleone you need more muscle not leanmaxx. 66 kgs at 6ft is borderline twink tier. Start with SARMs maybe

Even on gear they have a lot of issues. They generally have more fat cells, lower androgen receptor sensitivity and concentration so it’s still underwhelming with gear.

you said it yourself. calories from donuts vs calories from salmon is very different lol, one is going to make you more insulin resistant and gain adipose tissue and the other is going to stimulate mtor and nourish your brain
