I ascended but I hate socializing - How do you even restart your social life after being isolated for such a long time

I barely get invited to anything because I’m an anti social and I always say no. But now that I ascended I wanna go out and break some foids egos. Also to prove if all the bs I’ve done has been worth it. How do you even restart your social life after being isolated for such a long time

Like don't get me wrong, I don't assume you're lying. It's just that I think if you actually ascended and have some group of ppl (classmates, your group in college, coworkers), you're gonna find it easier to talk to them and being more social overall. At least it's was like this to me

at some point the habits are already written into your brain

over if you’re 20+

anyways other then that get yourself a loud confident friend, go to a function, drink like crazy, take some pregab, get yourself a drunk bitch, kiss her to bump up your ego and continue the cycle
