Intensity will just make u tired and hungry, walking 20k over an extended period of time around like 12 hours its pretty achievable and mantainable

It is great for health but it’s also an insane waste of time, depending on your goals

When I was 16, about 10 years ago, I ate like 2000 calories/ day and walked literally 20-25km/ day.
In retrospect, it was a total waste of time.
You usually get 5-7km/day without too much effort.
So you literally have to walk for additional 13km to reach your daily goals, which takes about 2-3 hours depending on your speed of course.
