That sounds like an internet issue on your end. I experience the same thing sometimes. Techno is right: the best solution is to just wait it out. Sometimes it gets stuck at 100%, but will upload after a few minutes. Other times, you may have to keep trying until it works, and sometimes it won't work for a few hours at all.
