i have used eplerenone works amazing although like all diuretics at one point you will start to get rebound so im clearing off it for now next i will do 25mg eplerenone + 25mg chlorthalidone as eplerenone raises potassium but chlorthalidone flushes sodium magnesium and potassium (all thiazides and loops do t his)

Amazing! And cemkii, can i ask you something more? Did you felt like passing out when using Eplerenone? Do you drink too much water while on it or do you drink little water? How long does it takes to you for Epelrenone to debloat you after taking it?

No signs of fatigue indicate improper potassium levels always forget the term lmao but that is not good and make sure to drink water otherwise it ends up bloating you and giving eyebags id say 3 days to notice 10-15 days for full effects

Update : i drink 3 lts of water, then i took 25mgs of HCTZ, did jackshit honestly, im still bloated, i will see if i can get Eplerenone or Furosemide, more Eplerenone, i will take HCTZ again in 3 days and see how it goes

yeah basically i did read into the specifics of it in theory taurine could counter balance the eyebags something called an osmolyte

ace inhibitors???

ace inhibitors work by blocking production in the raas system aldosterone and vassopressin
arb (long ass name) works like eplerenone by blocking the action of them sometimes they are better as a lot of people get this stupid cough from ace inhibitors personally i did so changed to arbs but i prefer eplerenone with hctz/chlorthalidone combo
