That's pretty good for 1 year naturally. You must have decent genetics for strength. Some subhumans take years to bench press 100kg. What did you start off at? Do you think you could get to 140kg in another year?

I started at 45kg to be honest yes I think I Will keep improving slowly I also can overhead barbell press 75kg for 4 reps
