Only muscles u should be working are back shoulders forearms and some triceps

Legs = big fem lower body
Chest = saggy tit

U dont need to completely skip it but dont do squat and bench press

Bench press is overrated because it mainly does the lower chest and some middle which give sagfy tit look

Squat goes against ur sexual dimorphism giving u big lower back and fucking ur frame halo

Do some calves for shorts appeal and some non weighted curls
For chest inclined chest spread and bench is enough

Triceps can give u fatty arm appearance

Forearms are god tier muscle and neck is very underated

Free weight for push exercices is useless
Only for pull to increase wrist tendons size

most of this is water, i agree with bench, pec fly is so much better and way more stable, but your post said you don’t have to train chest, bis, or legs which is retarded

cable lat raises really improved my frame, don’t know if it was more of the clavs growing or my shoulders getting more broad (probally that)
