i couldnt even go past half of a pullup but i put up a pullup bar on a door that i'd see multiple times a day. i'd go and do one (or at least try) whenever walking by to go to the kitchen or when id leave and come back from school and eventually started doing it with my backpack on and it got easier and i was able to do like 5 at a time after a month or smth. it's pretty easy if u just incorporate it into ur lifeMy genes are just ass making me stay weak despite working out for months etc
