I can only do 2 pushups

Maybe it's your genes but most likely a lot of it's just in your mind. You're just conditioned to feel like being tired and aching requires rest. Therefore you pamper yourself and never put your body through anything truly exhausting.

When i was really active i could do 150-300 push ups now im sedentary as fuck thats why I joined the gym starting Next week i might start swimming again aswell

You kids are very soft. You can make it to 17 in Germany but you haven't done a push up before? I wonder if it's like that in USA now?
I mean I’ve done pushups in sports as a warmup but that was when I was younger like ages 5-12

Train gradually, start first with wall pushups, like this Pajeet, then slowly increase the angle.

So I didn't do any pushups in the last 5 months.I also stopped working out like 5 months ago due to my depression but I started working out again recently(just not pushups)
So today I felt strong and high t and I thought that I would easily do at least 5 pushups .
I was wrong even while listening to music I couldn't do more then 2 pushups.Brutally over for me.While doing these 2 pushups it felt like my muscle fibres were torn apart.
But I will keep gymmaxxing anyways even tho I have bad genes etc.
Like 5 months ago when I was really locked in with gymcelling I could do 16 max idk if that's a good amount I think it's not especially for the effort I put into that .
Anybody else who is weak like me?
I don’t even work out and I can at least do 10 nigga tho maybe ur obese

My genes are just ass making me stay weak despite working out for months etc
i couldnt even go past half of a pullup but i put up a pullup bar on a door that i'd see multiple times a day. i'd go and do one (or at least try) whenever walking by to go to the kitchen or when id leave and come back from school and eventually started doing it with my backpack on and it got easier and i was able to do like 5 at a time after a month or smth. it's pretty easy if u just incorporate it into ur life

That's what im doing from now on.I started working out again like a month ago but didn't do pushups only trained my neck and shoulders cuz too lazy for the other muscles but I'll start pushupmaxxing again and pullupmaxxing

just start with easiest and then do a push up it aint that hard

no joke, im literally weak, skinny, and fragile as shit, but I can somehow do 40+ pushups
im tall and have somewhat a normal body but i can do hella push ups and when i was skinny before eatmaxxing i could do them even more easily
