Same but like even in other sports.Like I completely lock in and do many tricks and things that help but still I get mogged by all my classmates and most girls when it comes to sprinting for example.worst thing is ppl just asume that it's your fault for being this weaknigga i lift for 2 years and get mass + strength mogged by niggas who've been lifting 3 months from my school![]()

if you cant do pushups do knee pushups until you can do normal ones keep working out its good for youSo I didn't do any pushups in the last 5 months.I also stopped working out like 5 months ago due to my depression but I started working out again recently(just not pushups)
So today I felt strong and high t and I thought that I would easily do at least 5 pushups .
I was wrong even while listening to music I couldn't do more then 2 pushups.Brutally over for me.While doing these 2 pushups it felt like my muscle fibres were torn apart.
But I will keep gymmaxxing anyways even tho I have bad genes etc.
Like 5 months ago when I was really locked in with gymcelling I could do 16 max idk if that's a good amount I think it's not especially for the effort I put into that .

how old are you?I'll keep working out for sure.For me personally I don't like knee pushups.Since I can already do 2 normal pushups I'll work myself up from there .I will probably still do knee pushups from time to time
