I can only do 2 pushups

So I didn't do any pushups in the last 5 months.I also stopped working out like 5 months ago due to my depression but I started working out again recently(just not pushups)
So today I felt strong and high t and I thought that I would easily do at least 5 pushups .
I was wrong even while listening to music I couldn't do more then 2 pushups.Brutally over for me.While doing these 2 pushups it felt like my muscle fibres were torn apart.
But I will keep gymmaxxing anyways even tho I have bad genes etc.
Like 5 months ago when I was really locked in with gymcelling I could do 16 max idk if that's a good amount I think it's not especially for the effort I put into that .
Anybody else who is weak like me?
Just do knee push-ups until you can do normal ones

Based. Never work out legs, just hide them under your pants or do cycling or some shit

Ye like even after quitting working out and only starting again 1 month ago I still look the same as I did while gymcelling for 5 months or 6 months.

I don't got a pullup bar but at my school there is a calistenic park and I did there my pullups when I was gymcelling

Same but like even in other sports.Like I completely lock in and do many tricks and things that help but still I get mogged by all my classmates and most girls when it comes to sprinting for example.worst thing is ppl just asume that it's your fault for being this weak

Short,cute,brown eyed
Hair tied(pony or whatever idk shit about girls hairstyle),wore those black cotton things in her wrists(idk what they are called either),she wears glasses

if you cant do pushups do knee pushups until you can do normal ones keep working out its good for you

I'll keep working out for sure:feelsokman:.For me personally I don't like knee pushups.Since I can already do 2 normal pushups I'll work myself up from there .I will probably still do knee pushups from time to time
