And idk what to eat
I can eat food worth 1k calories, feel full for 5 minutes and then start craving food again
500 kkal breakfast, 800 kkal snack and 1000 kkal lunch is a pretty common thing for me. Then another snack, then dinner, then another snack. My snacks are kinda big btw
I tried tons of carbohydrates - brainfog, but less hunger.
Tons of protein and saturated fats(280g of protein and 130g of fat for example) - hunger at all times.
Tried adding fiber(veggies) - same shit.
Added fruits - I can eat them until my belly is so full that I barely can walk, 0 satiety from that shit.
