I assume this won’t work for lower arch? My upper arch is wide enough but I have severe lower crowding. Last Ortho I went to suggested teeth removal over. A nigga might need MSDO.

Was about to say this.
Still has a 6 tooth smile in the after, clearly needed SARPE before Invisalign.

And even Invisalign doesn't widen the arch nearly as much as self ligating braces, which can also be assisted with tads for even better results.
