I can't bring back those who died, I must carry their souls on my back forever

Until I can build the society that I'm meant to build so their souls can finally rest in peace and set off to heaven where they'll watch upon us alongside God and the angels. But even then the burden of carrying them on my back will leave a unhealable scar.
