this may just be apart of ur natural hair cycle, i lose about 30 hairs as well every wash but usually its either breakage of strands or strands falling out to start a new cycle.
if you want to prolong the period of growth in ur hair take minoxidil

dont use shampoo or conditioner. I got long hair but i dont lose a single hair strand in the shower
