I CAN'T FUCKING SLEEP BECAUSE OF HIGH IQ

I am extremely conscious and have an IQ of 144. I wish I was a retard because I can't fucking sleep as I have very high level of alertness and extremely active fucking brain. I cannot sleep peacefully even if I workout for 3+ hours everyday.

I need serious help right now.
