I’ve been training since the age of 19. I’ve done countless cut and bulk cycles. Every time I bulked, I just got fat. Every time I cut to reveal the physique underneath, I would look like a skeleton. I built zero muscle during my bulks. My protein intake is sufficient, my testosterone is in the normal range (400), I do progressive overload, and still no results. I would make strength gains, but zero visible muscle growth. I asked reddit and they just said that I wasn’t training hard enough. It’s been 6 years. I’m 25 now. I’m considering roids, I don’t know what else to do.
