I've changed my eat schedule and still the same, lowering max calories/day and much more. But, I've found one method that could works for me, not eating carbohydrates (rice, potato, etc..) Well someone told me not to do an extreme diet, i just want to lose weight... Why cant they just stfu if they dont know about my metabolism, doing cardio allat still nothing. Really, carbohydrate is no good for me.

Might do it
Strength training is law for leanmaxxing. If you don't do it you will lose muscle tissue as well and just become a smaller skinnyfat version of yourself

Look into calisthenics routines online. Pull ups, chin ups, dips, inverted rows, pushup variations (pike, decline, deficit, diamond) are mandatory for a good bodyweight program imo.

Just become malnourished bro. Some people can’t lose weight due to fatcells and hunger hormones.

They need pharmaceutical intervention

he trained incorrectly when he was losing weight on a calorie deficit, didn’t even lower his overall body fat percentage doing who knows what. this guy fucked up big time just to end up skinny fat. i would’ve maybe advised something like cardarine or small dosages of hgh if he at least had a solid foundation first, but he doesn’t even know what he’s doing following a garbage juiced up bodybuilder’s program or those ‘calisthenic’ videos. this guy did who knows what during his deficit, no structured program, no real plan, and sees 0 progress for a reason. he didn’t follow a real strength training program, so being in a calorie deficit was basically fucking useless. the fat cells didn’t slowly get replaced by muscle like they’re supposed to if you’re following a proper strength training program. all he did was kill his metabolism and become skinny fat. no point in playing with drugs unless you have a solid foundation first
