I can't sleep even when I have the time to sleep

I'm sleeping 4 hours a day but I'm a full time rotter at the same time. I thought rotters even working 9-5 would sleepmaxxx I can't even do it. I sleep a couple of hours before work and then a couple of hours after.

I wake up and can't go back to sleep even if I try. Why is this?
