I can't Tan, Should I Dye My Hair/Eyebrows Black?

I have been cursed since the beginning, My Mothers side of the family contain ginger genetics, leading me to struggle to tan.
Should I dye all my hair features black due to my pale skin? to promote a high contrast within my face. (I also have Blondish Hair and light brown eyes)
