look, i dont know what to tell you.

i looked into my third eye and saw all these spirals and stuff. i kept going and started seeing faces or something kinda resembling faces

but then I saw this grey room. it was like a bed. and someone was on it. but what i was looking at was some really dark giant demon

i closed my two eyes, then kinda put some focus on my pineal gland, which is the area between my two eyebrows.

anyway i basically started seeing spirals, and i kept looking, and shapes of faces started appearing. i kept going and the spirals started fading and then i started seeing the demon, or what looked like a demon

Closing your eyes and pressing on them gently with your fingers does the same thing.
