Well, virtually everyday. Everytime I shower I always end with the coldest water and switch between hot and cold on sore muscle groups (usually the ones I trained the days prior). That gets the blood flowing and speeds up recovery time. It also raises testosterone and dopamine, so it's a good pick-me-up in the morning when you want that extra energy.
Have you seen results from daily cold showers and how long have you been doing it for? (It's not for the faint of heart)
