I completely changed after my dog died

While I kept getting my cortisol spiked, and neglected by my family, I had a dog that I would go to after a bad day (which was almost every day).
I once attempted to rope but I thought about her, thinking what would happen to her after I left. I was the only one in the house that gave her the attention she needed.
When she passed away I completely broke down. I thought life was not worth living anymore, because the one thing that saw me for who I am, was gone.
When I moved into a new environment, I was super quiet and cold, which caused me to be more lonely. I don't talk to people because they take my kindness for granted. Girls wont talk to me because I scare them.

I'm not sure if the solution is to get another pet but I think my dog wouldn't want me to stay like this.

Sad to hear that. I never had good luck with pets except for one cat who was good, and when he died it sucked. Was so much worse when one of my parents died though

Sorry to hear that bro just by reading ts I can tell ur a good guy stay strong tho and do things u enjoy, so you’ll keep the memory of your dog alive
