I constantly get sleep paralyzed

Its never visual or auditory, nothing scary like that, just waking up and when i want to sleep again my body gets paralyzed while my mind is awake, its a scary feeling fuck

Really u don't see any sort of figure or demon? I've experienced it 3 times and it was always a home intruder that's came out my closet stood over me and once started strangling me.

If that happened to me, I would never be the same in the head. Sounds like shit that would put me in a mental hospital for years
