You just described my frame expect my wrists are a little bit bigger (17 cm jfl). And yes having a frame like that fucked me up as well.
What do you do to fix scoliosis?

Nothing tbh, i have mild scoliosis, but it still causes me shoulder pain when walking fuck... I'm hopeless

I recommend swimming. I feel good after I swim, it relaxes my neck and back muscles which are usually tight. Of course this covid shit needs to end so pools can be open again.
