i was an emotional child but growing up after witnessing death of family members and other unfortunate events i guess i got desensitized and suppressed myself from crying

fuck this reminded me of the times I saw my parents on there borderline deathbed in 2020 cus of the virus they looked so bad
I was so suicidal that time period
I knew if they died I would have no one close to me(only-child).....

Sometimes, we all need to let things out.

Crying unironically helps a lot, even tho it’s painful to even cry in my experience.
