I cured my acne with the sun

For years, I struggled with acne, trying countless products and routines with little success. It affected my confidence and how I saw myself. I never went outside for months. But one day I saw goatis video about "the sun above all". I went for a 2 hour walk in the morning to get morning sun and I felt amazing. Over time, I noticed something unexpected, the sun seemed to help my skin more than anything else I had tried. Spending time outdoors, getting natural light, and simplifying my routine gradually improved my skin. While it wasn’t an instant cure, the change was real and meaningful. My journey taught me patience and the importance of understanding my body. Today, my skin is clearer, and I feel more confident, knowing that sometimes simple, natural changes can make the biggest difference.

Of course drinking 5 liters of water and eating healthy was also main factors but I did both of those things without the sun and saw no results.

yo ive got exact same thing going on everytime i sunburn maxx acne dies, even accutane isnt fully treating this. not to say i fucked around w dieting a lot, lion diet + supps, sun is above all, but what u do when there's no son @Valerium
