i told him to keep expanding my upper arch and protract me front incisors and intrude the front molars which i had great sucess it fixed my deep bite by 40% we saw it on xray and pictures
only one side of the maxilla doesnt bite perfectly the lower arch cuz of the RPE expanion
what can i suggest him to get the lower arch wider? without causing troubble

my theory says you have to exert constant force horizontaly on both molars at the back then it will add bone mass after a time or you just pull outwards with your fingers daily which is too energy demanding but over time it will widen and stay like that
its wollfs law of bone better create a piece that applies force to the mandibular body from the inside without tipping and affecting the roots

So i have booked a consultation for this december with a surgeon to tell if my arches are ready for advancement but no surgeon in my country knows how to do multi piece mandible (no coceancig ahh successors) and i cant go for just lefort 1 segmental bc both of my arches are pretty even to each other and i dont want to wait anymore i just want my lower third to be finally projected i think i can just go for revision in 5 years to get both jaws wider after i get my international passport and other shit together the only thing that concern me in such scenario is if the genio plates will fuse with mandible and not allow for multi piece after?

The reason they have a standard program is because it works The elastics bring your lower jaw forward as well! You might end up with a significant overjet now and need jaw surgery! What did he say about your worries of retracting your maxilla?
