10 sets each 50 reps, my muscles are burning and I'm extremely tired, my face got hella bloated and my veins are popping

Yeah bro get that deep stretch and chase the burn that’s really good for the muscle, it’s good that you shock the muscle too sometimes you don’t want it to get used to it, really go slow on the eccentric to get that time under tension too and to feel that burn and stretch

I did every single rep slowly while hard mewing and breathing deeply, I always reminded myself to not stress baby it's easy and my balls getting colder each set

I can do 150-200 push ups nonestop without resting maybe a 5-10 sec Pause but then do them

Yea I get that alot I can curl 33kg each hand for bicep dumbbell curls for reps aswell maybe atleast for 8 reps.
Are you pinning or natural?

Mirin I'm younger but I think I'm defecient in vitamin d and iron, I been taking multivitamin but my hands are white I don't see any blood on them:feelswhy:
