20 days post op
6mm maxilla forward movement
7 degree CCW with hip bone graft
12mm mandible advancement
no genio/chin modification

will post front in a few weeks when swelling is gone
painless surgery, the worst pain I had was some headaches and it was like 5/10 on the scale, literally not as scary as ppl make it out to be lmfao
lost 4kg in a week, slowly regaining weight, and already have 2 finger wide bite

Very nice result.

Do you have any numbness? Did you do anything to your zygos, they look like they're popping out more.

Well my jaws were advanced forward, so my zygos look more prominent now as the skin is more stretched out. It's an indirect benefit of the bimax, but I didn't do any isolated procedure no

yea I have numbness on my lower lip and chin still, but it's been reducing. my head just feels kinda heavy that's all, but I don't really mind it's nothing painful or extremely uncomfortable

Mirin

What was the price?

Do you know if he also does implants?

Actually looks like an improvement, seen to many bimaxes without a meaningful aesthetic difference. Didn't even need a genio.

Holy fuck, massive improvement. Great result.

Don't even need a genio or post-rhino. I can't think of any other procedures to further improve your side.

The surgeon did a great job. You're basically reborn now.

The before is a recessed subhuman. You can't be serious. There was no 'harmony'.

It's only 20 days post op, he is swelling still, to look this good early on is a great sign that the procedure went well.

I'm assuming you had a medical diagnosis like underbite and sleep apnea or something? cuz that turk surgeon has deformed individuals going to him not normies looking for hardmaxxes?

Mirin bhai. I need one too but more maxillary emphasis. How much did it cost?

meh, bimax snowballs alot of stuff, example the stretching of skin because your skin is stretching across more bones,

Bimax was the best move honestly for harmony. One genio and he'd be the crimson chin meme.

Imo mandible was too advanced, I think it would be more harmonious with smaller movement, maybe 10 mm!?

Just from the side it looks bit uncanny, the length of the jaw that is, no?

alot of people who need bimax inherit features to where alot of the time it would be better (roi, looks and cost) to get trimax (at least in alot of white genetic variation ive seen)

I think it looks a bit uncanny as well, but we have to realize this is only 20 days post op, this isn't the final result.

He's still swelling quite a bit. And it still looks this good lol.
