I did my first HARDMAX, here are the results

Hey, so 1 month ago I underwent a sliding genio (10 mm forward and 8 mm downward) and also got a septoplasty where they used the septum as a strut to straighten my nose and camouflage the maxillary retrusion causing my nose tip to point downward, I also got mole removal prior.

here are the results:

I plan on getting custom PEEK zygo-malar-infra implants and gonial angle implants soon as well

No, Tufano got OD involving both the medial and lateral walls. The medial wall is risky, not the lateral wall.
If you're in the US, you can consult these three oculoplastic surgeons, about orbital decompression and other eye-related procedures (you'll probably need a surgical combination, for example canthopexy + fat graft + ptosis repair) :
Dr. Raymond Douglas
Dr. Ivan Vrcek
Dr. Deepak Ramesh

Based on conversations held on this forum, these 3 are the most experienced surgeons in the US when it comes to orbital decompression.
