I fapped during the day. I don't like fapping during the day because it depletes my energy levels significantly. At least when I don't coom I feel energetic enough to leave the house, I might stay at home now even though I wanted to buy some goyslop to eat while I watch a movie. SUIFUEL!

Fapping might just be the catalist for already low energy levels cumming in itself only makes you tired for about 1-15 minutes.

hm does it really deplete energy levels that much, i did it a few times and i noticed a difference but cant say it really affected my day that much, i even did it right after waking up a few times just so i wake up better

I just do cummies at night so I can fall asleep easier (I have insomnia). But yeah I'm not as tired as I was when I coomed, but not as energetic as I was before. It's hard to explain.

Yeah for me it does. After cooming I just wanna lay down or something like that. I don't like that feeling during the day because there's stuff to do.

What goyslop you getting?

I was in a cycle of just binging on goyslop for days, I always felt regret after I did it. I’ve gotten my eating back on track and leanmaxing again, I feel better tbh, even though hella low calories.

I was in a cycle of just binging on goyslop for days, I always felt regret after I did it. I’ve not gotten my eating back on track and leanmaxing again, I feel better tbh, wven though hella low calories.
Like, candy and bags of chips. True goyslop, not even burgers or something. But yeah I need to start leanmaxxing again, I'm getting fat. But ramadan is coming 'round the corner so the timing's decent.

Mirin, I put off the leanmax for like 2 months, I was the leanest I ever was prior to that. Now I gotta leanmax 7kg ffs. Hopefully I’ll get it done within a month.

7kg, man I need to lose something like that too. I'm in the 62 kg range now but I want to be 55 kg. I would probably need two or three months for that, all things considered (because of cheat days, fluctuating weights). :ogre: I'm not as motivated as I was before (last year I went from 87.5 kg to 60 kg, but I started off at 85 kg and got to 60 kg in like 4 or 5 months). Maybe because I've been leanmaxxing for a while now that I can't retain the same discipline I had in the beginning.

I did it in an unhealthy way, I often had days where I would not eat at all and my drink intake would be low as well. But hey, I got results. What is your goal weight?

I want to get back to around 62kg. May seem low for 6’ but I was shredded to the core but also didn’t have a tone of muscle mass.

Yeah, I’ve gained muscle mass since then, I think. Since first time I leanmaxed, I lost a decent amount of muscle due to low calories, bad nutrition and not training hard. So when I’ve been eating shit i’ve probably gained a good amount back since I’ve been training hard in the gym and calorie surplus and muscle memory. So since then idk what ideal weight would really be, may be slightly higher.

Will go shops now since I keep 0 food in the house and buy only for the day to prevent binge and get steps.

Yeah that's smart, I don't buy in bulk either. Gives me a reason to leave the house at least. I'ma get out of bed and take a leak, those will be my steps. :owo:

Luckily I don't care for muscle mass otherwise it'd just be hell to get to the right weight, plus you gotta keep track of what you are gonna eat, etc. Not a fan of that. I prefer eating whatever I want.

To be honest, I just go for 30 mins a day, train the muscle till failure then leave.

I don’t track what I eat, I just eat the same thing every day when getting lean JFL. Just 750g of beef a day JFL. Easier just buy that and eat that at once a day (OMAD) and repeat.

If you have proper nutrition I do think it’s hard to actually gain fat tbh. I could easily eat 10k calories of goyslop, but 3k of proper foods will have me full i’m sure.

Indeed, OMAD is the best diet there is. You can eat whatever you want. Ideally you would have high-protein meals. It's hard for me to get full, I need to eat like a couple of burgers so even 750g of beef wouldn't really get me full because high-protein meals tend to be less filling, or at least for me.

Protein and fat tends to be most satiating, interesting. If I eat any sort of carbs on a cut it usually causes me to binge and he hungry 20 minutes later. And then i’ll continue to binge until I discipline myself for a day for 2, then the cravings go away slowly.

I heard water helps with weight loss too but I don't drink water. Another tip is to uh, vary your diet.

Yeah I try to keep water higher, I don’t usually drink much, but when I feel some hunger before my meal some water usually solves it since it takes up some space in stomach ig.

Variety may be good but usually when I do that I end up tryna fit many low calorie things in and say like “only 100 or 200 above calories, doesn’t meant anything” so i just stick to the same not to have that problem. Meat and butter tastes very good to me, at least after being desensitised to sugar.

I like butter a lot too, when I made my sandwiches I basically added butter, two slices of cheese on each along with some spicy sauce, I forgot the name. Ahh, yes... Sambal. Tastes good. :owo:

I cannot understand for the life of me when I was 16, I was eating like so much Nutella, full 100-180g Galaxy slabs of chocolate as snacks (mother fed me a good diet with meat always thankfully) and not gaining a single ounce of fat, and remaining 10% bf.

Relatable, I used to eat a lot of nutella sandwiches as well. I used to eat goyslop constantly throughout my teens but I never was overweight nor did I have acne. :feelshah:

Nope not at all! It's funny because I was underweight my whole life, even in junior year of high school and senior of high school, girls weighed more than I did. :hnghn:

Maybe back then our hunger wasn’t much or were always distracted with something. I did play quite a lot of sport so It could be due to that, and if I was gaming I don’t remember eating much. I also didn’t like food at school.

No, I did eat a lot of junk food and other unhealthy stuff everyday, always drinking soda and juices. Even for my fries I would overdose it with salt because it made it taste better. I never had food at school because we don’t have such cafetaria.
