I drink only 1 water bottle per day but I recently started putting powder with caffeine in my water and started getting some acne and mild headaches throughout the day and finally drunk normal water yesterday and it seemed to stop am i a retard?

just drink 2.5-3 L for a few weeks to get your body used to it and then start drinking just whenever you feel like it
